We are delighted to announce our partnership with Venco. Venco is a technology company that provides solutions to enhance living experiences in residential and commercial communities which will enhance security and access control on Orange Island. This feature is available to all plot owners with up-to-date payments and subscriptions.

ORANGE ISLAND MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE FEES
Orange Island encourages all subscribers to pay their facility management and facility maintenance fees to enable us fulfill our commitment to maintaining and enhancing the facilities, infrastructure, and services on the Island.
One off Facilities Management Fees – are paid by each property owner as a one-off fee which will be used to purchase all the vehicles, tools, equipment and machinery required to maintain all the facilities and utilities in the common areas.
Annual Maintenance Fees – are used for all the administration and operational costs annually, to maintain and service the CCTV system, the security post, all security personnel, maintenance and repairs of all infrastructures (street lights, drainages, roads, walkways, park areas, etc.), facilities staff, utilities (power, water, fire hydrants, sewage system etc.) operations, maintenance and repairs of these.
