LAGOS STATE BUILDING PERMIT – WATERFRONT INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT CLEARANCE

We have just been informed by the Lagos State Ministry of Waterfront Infrastructure Development that ALL subscribers on Orange Island must obtain a Waterfront Infrastructure Development Clearance along with their Lagos State Building approval before commencing construction of their homes.

Subscribers currently awaiting approvals from Lagos State, in pre-construction and already occupied on the island are required to get their Waterfront Infrastructure Development Clearance within 7 days from the date of this notification.

Please see below the requirements for obtaining your Waterfront clearance:

  1. Certified true copies of title documents
  2. A set of architectural drawings
  3. A copy of Physical Planning Technical Report
  4. Application letter addressed to Honorable Commissioner for the Ministry of Waterfront Infrastructure Development, with your date, phone number and email
  5. Company’s form C02 & C07 (Corporate Organisations)
  6. Certificate of Incorporation (Corporate Organisations)
  7. Evidence of 3 (Three) years Tax Clearance

These documents are to be taken to Room 204, Block 10, Second Floor, Ministry of Waterfront Infrastructure Development. The Secretariat Alausa, Lagos for processing.
